Step by Step to Change Lip Color in Photoshop

• Open your Photo (Lip) in Photoshop
• Create a New Blank Layer in Photoshop above the Lip Photo Layer
• Take Hard Round Brush and Select Foreground Color you want
• Draw on the lip with the Hard Round Brush
• Change Blend mode Normal To Soft Light
• Go to Filter then Select Blur Select Gaussian Blur
• Adjust the New layer Opacity and Fill to More Realistic
